DiffConv: Analyzing Irregular Point Clouds with an Irregular View
نویسندگان
چکیده
Standard spatial convolutions assume input data with a regular neighborhood structure. Existing methods typically generalize convolution to the irregular point cloud domain by fixing “view” through e.g. fixed size, where kernel size remains same for each point. However, since clouds are not as structured images, neighbor number gives an unfortunate inductive bias. We present novel graph named Difference Graph Convolution (diffConv), which does rely on view. diffConv operates spatially-varying and density-dilated neighborhoods, further adapted learned masked attention mechanism. Experiments show that our model is very robust noise, obtaining state-of-the-art performance in 3D shape classification scene understanding tasks, along faster inference speed. The code publicly available at https://github.com/mmmmimic/diffConvNet.

Analyzing Methodologies of Irregular NoC Topology Synthesis
Network-On-Chip (NoC) provides a structured way of realizing communication for System on Chip (SoC) with many processing cores, which emphasize a communicationcentric, as opposed to a computation-centric, design view. Network-on-Chip architectures have a wide variety of parameters that can be optimized according to the designer’s requirements. Exploration and optimization of these parameters is...
متن کاملNeighbourly Irregular Derived Graphs
A connected graph G is said to be neighbourly irregular graph if no two adjacent vertices of G have same degree. In this paper we obtain neighbourly irregular derived graphs such as semitotal-point graph, k^{tℎ} semitotal-point graph, semitotal-line graph, paraline graph, quasi-total graph and quasivertex-total graph and also neighbourly irregular of some graph products.
متن کاملA Comparative Analysis of Two Approaches for Multiple-surface Registration of Irregular Point Clouds
In close range photogrammetry or laser scanning, it is often not possible to image or scan certain objects of interest or enclosed spaces from a single sensor station. In some cases, it is necessary to produce multiple irregular point clouds or surface models from different sensor locations, i.e. one unique point cloud from each sensor location. These separate point clouds or surface models bel...
متن کاملAn irregular atrial tachycardia
There are clearly visible P-waves in most of the leads (Fig. 1). The P-waves are negative in leads DII, DIII and aVF. Hence, this is not a sinus rhythm. All the P-waves have the same morphology, constant PP interval at a rate of 210 beats per minute (bpm), with an isoelectric baseline between them. Therefore, the underlying rhythm is unifocal atrial tachycardia [1]. Lead DII shows 12P-waves, bu...
متن کاملSolving Irregular Problems through Parallel Irregular Trees
This paper presents PIT, a library for the parallelization of irregular problems on distributed memory architectures. All the strategies underlying the definition of the library can be expressed in terms of operations on a PITree, a parallel version of the tree data structure oriented to irregular problems. We consider the application of PIT to two well known irregular problems: adaptive multig...
